What does it cost to partner with Nutripro?

There is no cost to partner with us or to refer members. The program is fully covered through Medicaid enhanced services — members pay nothing and neither do you.

Who is eligible for the meal delivery program?

Eligible members must be enrolled in a Medicaid plan participating in the SOMOS SCN program, reside in the Bronx, and meet qualifying criteria. Our team handles eligibility screening — you don't need to confirm eligibility before referring.

What information do I need to refer a member?

At minimum we need the member's name, date of birth, and Medicaid plan. Our team will reach out to the member directly and handle the rest of the intake process from there.

What if a member doesn't qualify for meals?

If a member doesn't qualify for our meal program, our team will navigate them to other local resources and services that may be able to help — such as transportation assistance, housing support, or other community programs.

Does Nutripro serve outside the Bronx?

Currently we operate exclusively in the Bronx. If you serve members in other NYC boroughs, reach out and we can discuss what options may be available or upcoming.

How quickly can a referred member be enrolled?

Once a referral is received, our team reaches out to the member promptly. Enrollment timelines depend on the member's Medicaid plan, but we work to move as quickly as possible. Contact us for more specific timelines.
